- Train hard for strength.
- Strength gains last a lifetime.
- Do just enough conditioning to get past your athletic goals.
- You don't keep conditioning levels for long, so think about what you need to do in the next 2 weeks, and condition for that.
- Throw in some light bodybuilding to look better at the pool.
- It's not vanity if you're doing it for the benefit of others.
- Don't ever scream 'YOLO' around me.
