WTF Do Bodybuilders Know?!

I mean, their 'Fran' time is terrible, their front squats are garbage, and they can barely do a single muscle up... right? Wrong.

There's a whole new school of bodybuilding, and it takes so-called 'functional fitness' standards, olympic lifts, and plyometrics/sports conditioning, throws them in a cage with the tried and true western physical culture methods developed for over 100 years, and lets them duke it out every single training session.

Are you ready for this? It's called...

... "Common Sense"
