On "Recovery"

Recovery is important. In fact, it's more important than training.
Stop killing your adrenal glands by staying up really late, getting up really early, and then fueling your body with coffee and cream. Go to bed early. Get 8 hours of sleep, or more. Eat balanced meals at regular intervals to give your body constant nourishment. Don't waste all those hours of training on crappy personal habits that inhibit your recovery.
