Black Friday ≠ Fat December

News Flash: Last night's Thanksgiving meal didn't make you fat. Neither did your first helping of dessert. Or your second. Or your second helping of turkey, stuffing, yams, and rolls. Or your third helping of dessert...

Today, however, is another story entirely. Today marks the countdown to New Year's eve, the day that you'll invariably promise yourself that you'll do better/be better than you were today on Black Friday.

But guess what? You'll be the same person on New Year's Eve that you are today on Black Friday.

Don't worry overtime about yesterday, and don't wait till next month to get refocused on your goals. Take the reigns again right now, and make a change today, so on New Year's eve you can toast the results you already achieved.
