Ex-Rogue Day 10:"Stalker Med-Ball"

No matter where you go, the med-ball is sure to follow

Ten rounds for time:
5 Wall Ball Throw w/20 lb ball
5 Pull-ups w/ball between feet/knees
10 Push-ups w/hands on ball
15 Squats, butt goes all the way down to ball

Note: for each wall ball throw to count, the ball must hit a fixed target 10' off the ground
