An old friend asked for some muscle-building advice a few weeks ago, and after almost TEN YEARS of slaving away in the gym and gaining some strength, but seeing zero increase in lean muscle mass, he finally crossed the natural anabolic threshold!

I just wanted to follow up with you. Since our last correspondence I have managed to gain about 7 pounds (totally unprecedented). I've changed my workouts, my eating, and even my sleeping. I've got a ways to go, but at least it is progress.
