Too Much Of A Good Thing?

"I've been using a calorie counter on the internet. It breaks everything down for me. Every day I stay under on my Cals, fat, sodium, cholesterol, and carbs. But I always go over on Sugars (I'm pretty sure most of that is natural/fruits), fiber, and protein. Is that bad? Is it okay to have too much fiber? Protein?"
"It's generally not a good idea to have too much of anything, but too much protein can lead to kidney stones, and too much fiber, well, you've changed enough diapers to know what THAT brings :( Too much sugar is too much sugar, regardless of where it comes from. Sorry. No get out of jail free card with fruit. "
